Michael Tang advises Western investors who are interested in making direct investment in China to take advantage of the tremendous opportunities presented by China's rise as a great economic power. He is familiar with both Chinese and Western business practices and will use his experience, expertise and connections to help lower the risk of the investment and enhance the return.
Michael Tang provides the following services to investors.
(1) Setting Investment Criteria
A Chinese enterprise must meet the following criteria to merit direct investment.

The products and services should be sufficiently creative that will give the company a competitive advantage. |

The investment will enhance such competitive advantage, exploit it and make it sustainable. |

The management has both talent and integrity. |

Exit strategy: public offering or acquired by another investor. |
(2) Identifying
and Evaluating Companies and Projects to Invest Initial
evaluation is followed by due diligence to assess the management team, the
products and services, the market and industry competition, corporate strategy,
financial statements and projections.
(3) Negotiating and
Structuring Deals Assumptions of financial projections
will be rigorously examined. Terms and structure of investment will be
negotiated on behalf of the investor. (4) Post-Investment Monitoring
and Support Michael Tang will monitor
the investment and provide consulting and other value-added services until the
fruition of investment.
